My students are people that need to relax in the present moment and have some fun.
I have taught yoga since 2010 in various studios and schools of the Bay Area.
My classes are all level, beginner friendly and can often be adapted to suit special needs.
I have learned first-hand during pregnancy how important yoga is to women's health and well being.
I offer doula support for birth preparation and early motherhood.
My prenatal and postnatal classes are a good opportunity to join a community of Moms and Dads.
