Vegan Morning : Chia porridge

Chia Porridge is such a good alternative to oatmeal it is packed with nutrients, rich in omega 3 and fibers, it is a plant based protein ... and the left over you can turn into healthy dessert.

This recipe is for 1 person...

Soak over night and covered in the fridge

1/4 cup of Chia

1 cup of Milk of choice ( Almond, Coconut, Rice,Cashew)

Mix with all this ingredients in the morning and cook slow on stove top for 5 minutes

1 pinch of cinnamon

1 pinch of cardamom

1/4 Cup of strawberry

1/4 Cup of blueberry

1/4 cup of Pecan or other nuts

1 big spoon of Fig spread or any marmalade flavor you like

Eat while warm and keep the left over if any for a healthy snack or dessert
