Vegan Morning : Teff Porridge

Here is the recipe of that surprising Porridge,

that is packed in nutrient vegan , gluten free, low glycemic if you take out the banana and honey .

Bring to a boil

1/2 Cup of Teff grain I used Bob's red Mill

1.5 Cup of Almond Milk (or any milk you like)

Cover and keep on low for 10 minutes...

Add and steer, keep on low for 5 minutes :

1 pinch of Cardamom

1 pinch of Cinnamon ( can be replaced by chocolate powder)

1 pinch of Pink salt

1 pinch of ground ginger

1 pitted date

1/3 of a banana

1/4 cup blueberries

1/4 cup nuts ( walnuts, shaved almonds, hazelnuts)

Serve and enjoy:

1 tea spoon of honey ( optional really !)
