I have been buying this energy balls around town before Covid and since I don't commute any more many shops are now out of my way...
I tried many different recipe but I am settling on this one today... This is totally kids friendly
1/Place in a food processor
1/2 cup of walnuts
1/2 cup of hazelnuts
4 dates pitted
Start mixing....and mix till you got small pieces
1/2 cup of Almond butter
1/4 cup of maple sirup
1 pinch of salt
1/2 spoon of vanilla extract
You could add dark chocolate powder, Cayenne, Turmeric, Ginger .... Really any spice you like
3/ Mix till the paste roll around the edges of the container
4/ Make small balls and roll them in shredded coconut or chocolate powder...
